It is with deep sadness, that FCSF advise the recent passing of two much loved, long term members, Miranda (Mandy) Boyd and John Francis.
Both Mandy and John were inspirational and passionate volunteers, being separate Coordinators for FCSF women’s and men’s cancer support groups. John was a Committee member for many years, past Chairperson and Public Officer.
Mandy and John did so much for the Foundation in supporting local people who are
suffering from cancer related illnesses even while they were going through their own
health battles. They will be greatly missed.
Fleurieu Cancer Support Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist in the following positions:
Receptionists (3 hourly shifts Monday - Friday)
Driver (for our Hospital Transport Service)
Vehicle Cleaners (on a monthly roster)
Further information about volunteering with us, details of each role and FAQs can be found here
